The client is investing in modernizing its card payment processing platforms to bring them to a completely new level. With aspirations of being the best not only in the Nordics but in Europe, we are looking for an Angular Frontend Developer to assist us on this journey.

You will work in a truly international environment with colleagues across all client’s locations.

The platform is built on a modern microservices architecture, offering plenty of opportunities to tackle complex challenges and make a significant impact. While the first customers have already been migrated, there is still a substantial backlog of new features that need to be implemented.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support testing payment service features collaboratively within the team.

• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues; support production issue analysis as needed.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing and thorough code reviews.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, including demo sessions to showcase and document work results.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Web UI development using Angular and TypeScript.

• Proficient in RxJS and reactive programming (observable concepts).

• Skilled in integrating with RESTful APIs and using Swagger for API documentation.

• Experience with frontend tools and technologies: NPM, HTML, CSS.

• Knowledge of version control systems: Git and Bitbucket.

• Experience with automated UI testing and tools like Postman.

• Strong communication skills, especially collaborating with UX designers.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with API design principles.

• Thorough documentation skills.

• Some experience with Java on the backend.
