Now we're going a step further: building a customizable platform where customers can tailor their own EMS (Elfsquad Management System) - from page layouts to custom components — giving them control over how they configure and sell their products.

We’ve just opened a brand-new office in Gdańsk, and we’re building a dedicated team to shape the next phase of our product.

This is your chance to be one of the first hires in Poland and take ownership of the front-end architecture for our EMS (Elfsquad Management System). Think decision trees, product visualization, and immersive 3D configurators.

You’ll help decide what great looks like — and then build it.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development of a completely new customizable showroom experience used by thousands of users worldwide

• Use React, Tailwind CSS, and Three.js to create everything from intuitive decision trees to rich, interactive 3D visuals

• Help design and build a component system that customers can use to customize their EMS interface for their specific manufacturing needs

• Collaborate closely with a fast-moving team of product owners, designers, and back-end developers

• Influence the technical direction and front-end architecture of a platform that’s growing rapidly

• Help us lay the foundation of our Polish front-end team, your voice will matter

• Balance performance, scalability, and usability for a growing international customer base

• 24 000 – 27 500 PLN B2B 

• Hybrid work from Gdańsk (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely)

Your Stack: 

• React (TypeScript) — the heart of our front-end 

• Tailwind CSS — for clean, consistent UI design 

• Zustand / Redux — for powerful state management 

• Nice to have:

  • Three.js / WebGL — for 3D visuals that feel like magic 

  • Experience with interactive configurators, SaaS platforms, or design systems  

About you: 

You are self-driven, you take ownership, but you love teamwork and achieving complex goals together? 

And on top of that, you have relevant experience: 

• 5+ years of professional front-end experience, ideally in SaaS or product development  

• Strong command of TypeScript and modern React (hooks, context, performance) 

• Proven ability to structure, scale, and document component-based codebases 

• Practical knowledge of SPA/PWA architecture and state management  

• Good understanding of REST APIs, data handling, and async flows - 

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and CI pipelines 

• Fluent English and intermediate Polish in speaking and writing
