For our Business Area European and Asia Pacific organizations, we are looking for an open – minded, driven and proactive OT and Industry 4.0 Transformation leader passionate about all aspects of the Industrial Internet of Things & OT domains and digital transformation in manufacturing. In this role you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders in our manufacturing sites and the internal and external project teams around the world to bring all the benefits of data driven manufacturing to our factories.

What you'll do:

• Define, manage and maintain the project portfolio of OT transformation initiatives for your assigned business area’s
• Lead OT transformation projects in specific brownfield sites across your assigned business area’s
• Act as a BA representative in the global OT center of expertise
• Act as a project leader for IIOT projects from conception until support handover, working all with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the expected business value focusing on brownfield sites
• Support IT and Digital project teams in your regions with support in their project around OT, equipment connectivity and cybersecurity
• Act as a bridge between the BA manufacturing community and the BA and global IT and GME teams around OT and equipment connectivity
• Determine together with the BA manufacturing and IT & Digital leadership the key priorities and roadmap for digital manufacturing projects focused on business value delivery.
• Coach local subject matter experts on driving digital manufacturing innovation Proof of Values and inform them about relevant new technologies from GME Adv automation and IIoT team.
• Asses and help upskill (teach the teacher) maintenance engineers in the OT space of our local manufacturing sites around our global standards.
• Promote, support and contribute to our global application and (cyber)security standards and solutions in the OT space
• Act as a change agent across the business area connecting local manufacturing sites digital needs with group solutions.

Who you are:

• University Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent by experience
• Proven project & change management track record
• Great communication, coaching and collaborations skills within a multi cultural setting
• Languages: Full Professional English – Can easily converse in English regarding either business or personal subjects, including technical discussions
• Experience with time series data driven applications suchs as OEE, predictive maintenance, EMS, ...
• Experience in PLCs & HMI programming, preferably using Siemens Step 7/TIA Portal.
• Experience/Affinity in OT networking, both real and non-real time.
• Functional experience with artificial intelligence and/or machine learning is an added value​

This is a full-time position, that can be based at our Electrolux Locations in Poland or Italy. Regardless of the location, you will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
