UX Designer

ABOUT EGNYTE

Egnyte is the secure multi-cloud platform for content security and governance that enables organizations to better protect and collaborate on their most valuable content. Established in 2008, Egnyte has democratized cloud content security for more than 22,000 organizations, helping customers improve data security, maintain compliance, prevent and detect ransomware threats, and boost employee productivity on any app, any cloud, anywhere. For more information, visit www.egnyte.com.

The Egnyte Product team is looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of complex product areas - from discovery and research through final delivery. You will be a key design voice in cross-functional conversations, helping shape not just what we design, but why. You will work alongside a team of talented designers on web, mobile, and desktop applications, and play a meaningful role in evolving our Design System

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

●       Design end-to-end UX for well-defined features and user flows, owning the work from concept through delivery

●       Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and contribute to innovative solutions

●       Produce design artifacts across fidelities — user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs in Figma

●       Leverage AI tools (including Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, content generation, design iteration, and prototyping

●       Participate in user research activities — including usability testing and interviews — and translate findings into design improvements

●       Incorporate quantitative and qualitative feedback from users to iterate on and improve designs

●       Present your work clearly and confidently in team critiques and stakeholder reviews, articulating the rationale behind design decisions

●       Contribute to the Egnyte Design System, applying and documenting components and patterns consistently

●       Collaborate in design critiques, giving and receiving feedback constructively

●       Support design operations and documentation as the team continues to evolve its processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

●       4+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C SaaS applications (not website or marketing creative design)

●       A portfolio demonstrating solid design thinking, user-centered problem solving, and quality execution — required

●       Good-to-strong proficiency with Figma

●       Growing comfort using AI tools (Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) as part of your design and research workflow

●       Familiarity with Lean UX principles and user research methods

●       Experience working with or contributing to a Design System

●       Minimalistic, modern, and clean design sensibilities

●       Clear and confident communication skills; able to explain design decisions and respond to feedback thoughtfully

●       Ability to work well in a fast-paced, agile environment in close collaboration with

●       Engineering and Product

●       Bonus: Experience designing AI-powered features

BENEFITS:

●       Attractive salary package based on skillset

●       Your own Egnyte account with lifetime access to 50TB of cloud storage

●       MyBenefit: you can choose a MultiSport card or gift cards every month

●       Private medical healthcare

●       In-house English classes
