Junior Test & Support Engineer

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

- Testing web and mobile applications according to predefined test scenarios.

- Preparing and executing test scenarios.

- Report bugs and work with developers to fix them.

- Help review requirements and software specifications.

- Write test results and keep good testing standards.

- Verifying solutions with end users.

- Actively collect user feedback about problems.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of testing theory (ISTQB is a plus).

- Understanding of software testing methods.

- Ability to prepare test scenarios based on technical documentation.

- Good analytical thinking and teamwork skills.

- Basic knowledge of SQL.

- Basic knowledge of Jira.
