Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Consultant to join our team for SAP S/4HANA projects. You will be responsible for configuring and optimizing SAP procurement processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and supplier integration. Your role will involve supporting the full implementation lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation operations.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the analysis of company business processes and contribute to Blueprint development.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom solutions.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA for procurement processes.
• Test configurations and custom developments, and conduct functional and end-to-end testing.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct user training sessions.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation assistance to business users.
• Collaborate with other functional teams for seamless module integration.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to procurement workflows and invoice verification.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or SAP S/4HANA Fashion and vertical business functionality.
• Recommended experience working in fashion companies.
• At least 7 years of SAP procurement experience focusing on P2P.
• Participation in at least one full-cycle P2P implementation project.
• Strong understanding of the Fiori platform and its applications for procurement.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and P2P modules.
• Knowledge of key P2P functions: Source-to-Pay, Purchase Requisitions/Orders, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Management.
• Experience with invoice verification and handling discrepancies.
• Experience with EDI for supplier integration, including IDocs, SOAP, and oData.
• Familiarity with P2P integration with other modules (FI-CO, SD, PP, LE, ATP).
• Experience with procurement workflows and supplier contracts/agreements.
• Analytical thinking and ability to suggest process improvements.
• Experience preparing FDDs, user guides, and conducting user training sessions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
