Job description

Location: Białystok, Poland (Hybrid/On-site)


Purpose of Role: We are hiring a Technical Sales Manager to lead the automation of sales processes using AI and integrated tools such as Salesforce and ActiveCampaign. The core focus is to automate the identification, outreach, and pitch preparationfor new prospects in the areas of online brand protection, digital risk protection, and corporate domain management. This includes generating intelligence-driven sales audits that highlight key risks and opportunities EBRAND can solve.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate outbound prospecting workflows using AI, Salesforce, and ActiveCampaign.

  • Develop and maintain systems that generate customized pitch audits based on online intelligence and market research.

  • Combine external data sources (e.g. domain usage, brand misuse, impersonation patterns) with internal ICP definitions to prioritize and personalize outreach.

  • Collaborate with SDRs and sales teams to ensure automations serve real-world sales needs.

  • Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and lead qualification through data and AI feedback loops.

  • Integrate enrichment tools, scraping logic, and GPT-based summaries to support fast, scalable outreach.

  • Train and support sales staff on automation tools and AI-assisted workflows.


Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years experience in sales automation, sales operations, or technical marketing.

  • Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and AI-enhanced tools (e.g. GPT, data enrichment, scraping).

  • Nice to have experience with n8n / make.com / Zapier

  • Experience in generating structured sales materials from intelligence and research inputs.

  • Strong analytical and process design skills.

  • Interest or background in online brand protection, digital risk, or related fields is a plus.

  • Based in Białystok or open to hybrid work.
