Your role at Dynatrace

The Meet Dynatrace Program is a practical course on how to become a complete engineer! In the first edition, we will focus on a successful engineering career from a Woman's perspective. It is an excellent preparation for an internship in our Gdańsk Lab, and its completion will be appreciated when applying for an internship.

The program is a series of meetings in our Dynatrace Gdańsk Office that will be focused on the two areas:

Female Students Empowerment

• Space for experience exchange​
• Dispelling myths about working in the IT industry​
• Showing opportunities and threats:​
• a multitude of roles in the IT industry​
• dealing with difficult situations
• career planning and development opportunities

What does it mean to be a complete engineer? 

• Communication - non-violent communication, giving and receiving feedback
• Dynatrace products​ - how are they created
• Agile in practice - cooperation in the team and cross-teams.
• Leadership - how to be a leader and how to cooperate with leaders, managers, directors
• Self-consciousness - impostor syndrome, decision-making​ process, self-awareness

What will help you succeed

We will be selecting students based on the following selection criteria: 

• Local candidates available to come onsite to Gdańsk Lab
• Good English skills
• Availability and commitment to participate in all sessions
• Students of second or third-year Bachelor's or any year of Master's degree (so all students that have finished the first year) 
• Students of faculties: IT Departments or related

Why you will love being a Dynatracer

 It is an unpaid development program, offering experience with an enterprise tech company. Students can use this opportunity to complete their mandatory student practice.

Timeline: from 16.12.2023 till 04.06.2024, meetings will be every two weeks after 4 PM, with breaks for holidays and studies exams period. The details (meeting day of the week and exact start time) will be discussed and chosen together with the group. Meetings will be in Polish.
