RPA Analyst
Department: Automation Factory
Location: Wrocław
Goal of the position: involved in and responsible for assessing as-is business processes, identifying RPA opportunities, providing recommendations for improvements to reach to-be process state and preparing Process Design Documents.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in demo sessions with process SMEs to gather current process overview and prepare the as-is process map and process documentation
- Prepare PDDs (Process Design Documents) of clients’ processes chosen for automation
- Work closely with RPA developers to deliver automated processes as designed, within tight schedules
- Consolidate pain areas identified during process discovery and propose recommendations for process improvement
- Categorize recommendations into quick wins and medium and long term solutions
- Show case a cost benefit analysis of proposed solutions to enable clients to prioritize
- Assist clients in implementing these solutions if required
- Create documents deliverables as an output of respective RPA project phase
- Promote company corporate cultures and demonstrate discipline
- Contribute during internal and 3rd party visit/audits when applicable
- Participate in projects appointed by management
- Share best practices with other DXC business units

The Employee is obliged in particular to:
- Know the provisions and the rules of occupational health and safety, take part in training and instruction in this scope and take the required verification exams
- Perform work in the manner compliant with the provisions and the rules of occupational health and safety and follow the instructions in this scope issued by the superiors
- Take care of the proper condition of machines and equipment as well as of tidiness and order at the workplace
- Timely run initial, periodical and clearance medical examinations as well as other recommended medical tests and follow doctor’s instructions
- In the case of observing an accident at work occurring at the company’s premises or hazards to human life or health immediately notify the superior and co-workers as well as other people exposed to such hazard about the imminent danger
- Cooperate with the Employer and superiors in fulfilling the duties related to occupational health and safety
- Obey to fire hazard regulations
Required trainings:
- Health, safety and fire hazard trainings
- Trainings that are tailored to the individual requirements of the position (RPA Developer onboarding plan)
- DXC Standards of Business Conduct ant other trainings specified by management
Required experience, knowledge/skills:
- Positive attitude in the area of corporate communication, customer oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment

- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Proficient user of business applications (MS: Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio)
- 2-3 years working experience within Finance & Administration (PTP, OTC, RTR, HRO), familiar with BPO/SSC sector
- Experience in process design and optimization, ideally using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be a plus
- Experience in End to End business process analysis, client’s requirements gathering, gap analysis
- Experience in process mapping
- High attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
- Strong English verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient user of business applications (MS: Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio)
- Experience in Process Design Document (PDD) creation will be an asset
- Project management experience with RPA improvement projects will be an asset
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified (optional)
- PMI, PRINCE, IPMA project manager certified (optional)Ability to simplify and concisely convey complex ideas
- Ability to work independently given general guidance
- Strong English verbal and written communications skills
- Must be a team player and able to build strong working relationships with customers, business partners and technologists at varying levels.
- Good teamwork and analytical skills
- Familiar with process outsourcing and BPO business
- Coaching and trainer skill
- English – verbal and writing - high standard of language proficiency
