We are looking for open-minded, skillful and proactive analytics engineers to join our team as:
Junior Analytics Specialist
Job location: In Warsaw or remote
Your day-to-day tasks might include:
- being a part of the project team – we are working together, and we value your input!
- developing your own DB / ETL / Big Data solutions
- designing test cases to ensure that your code is working correctly
- confirming and seeking solutions to issues that our clients face. We need your analytical thinking and proactiveness.
- working closely with your teammates around the globe (analysts, testers, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and other IT specialists)
- poking holes in current solutions – if you think that the stuff we produced could be improved – DO IT!
Okay, now the corporate stuff aka. “the requirements”:
- practical SQL is a must
- you know how to write your thoughts in Python or Scala (or both!)
- you know what Linux is and what is the difference between Linux and Unix (you have to be able to use it on a daily basis)
- fluent English – if you can understand this ad – you’ll probably have it – but we’ll check it just to be sure (most of our projects are English-based – so we need you to be able to speak and write your mind)
- a continuous drive to learn and grow your skills – both soft and technical
- being a team player – we work in teams and we need you to be a people person
If you additionally have the below skills – you’ll be our perfect match!
- you’ve been using AWS, Azure, or GCP
- you know what Github is
- you have seen JIRA in action
- you have any experience with Big Data Ecosystem
- you have used PowerBI before.
