We are looking for:
Enterprise Architect
Job location: Warszawa or Łódź
The successful candidate will join the Technology Centre of Excellence in DXC’s Offerings and Strategic Partners (O&SP) organization. The scope of the team ranges from the technology assurance of DXC market offerings to the development and enablement of lighthouse innovations in modern practice, open source behaviors and collaborative working. The role of Enterprise Architect supports the development and reuse of key architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines working with leads on cross-functional platforms / applications.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate with a minimum of 10 years of IT experience.
Primary scope of responsibilities will include:
- Reference Architecture Coordination and Definition with Enterprise and Security Architects.
- Development of modern Taxonomies, Ontologies and forward-looking Architecture Schema Development
- Development of EA Assets to provide comprehension to the many moving parts in the development of market facing offerings.
- Development of DXC Offering Architecture templates and guidelines.
- Develop cross functional integrations (master data, capability architectures etc).
- Mentor and buddy junior team members and others.
- Foster EA Community and engage in communities representing the Technology CoE.
We require:
- 10+ years of IT Experience in the definition and development of customer systems across multiple industries.
- Strong quality-based ethic.
- Ability to talk to customers in the language of business, managers of all levels, business analysts and developers in their languages.
- Work with different people from different areas, rapidly changing demands or even with changing business environments
- Ability to represent an abstract problem in the form of some finite real object of the system, which can be evaluated, designed and developed
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and bring people from many disciplines on the journey.
