As a Product Manager for our Managed Services products, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Managed Services product line. The Managed Services team is responsible for the core functionality of our products, from identity management to device monitoring, to internal and external APIs.
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision: Collaborate with the Vice President of Product to design the future of the Managed Services product line.
Documentation: Take ownership of the Business Requirement Documentation, translating business requirements into technical requirements.
Backlog Management: Prioritize user stories and tasks while managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the Manages Services roadmap.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand needs and pain points. Be the voice of the customer throughout the development process.
Product Expertise: Serve as the expert for your products, understanding the underlying technology. Collaborate with engineering teams to make informed decisions.
Performance: Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the Project Manager, Technical leads, Development, Design team, and fellow Product Managers to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
Previous experience working with SaaS products, especially core product functionality.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Talent for decomposing high-level business requirements into user stories and tasks.
Experience with product lifecycle management and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Passion for technology and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
Technical background is highly desirable
