First line support specialist

Your responsibilities:
Receiving, analyzing and resolving requests relating to applications and tools
Supporting users with ongoing problems (remotely and locally)
Executing queries on databases to fulfil requests
Maintaining good customer relations by providing responsive support
Ongoing contact with clients to gather necessary information on requests, communicate plans for resolution of cases, confirm provided support
Contact with internal IT teams
Cooperation with the team of developers (II line of support)
Monitoring the number of cases, the importance of topics and reporting to the superior
Creating and maintaining the documentation (knowledge base, instructions)
Our requirements:
Minimum 1 year working experience working with clients
Knowledge of IT Service Management systems (ServiceNow/Cherwell)
Intermediate knowledge of T-SQL (MS SQL)
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office products
English at B1/B2 level
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relations
Ability to communicate effectively with end users of varying technical levels
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of Windows Server environment - Nice to have
