Position: IT Coordinator

As the IT Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Information Technology systems and infrastructure to support our local and global operations. You will be responsible for overseeing our IT department, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of all IT systems, networks, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with business goals

- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training

- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT processes and solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven work experience as an IT Coordinator in a manufacturing or similar industry

- Strong knowledge of IT systems, ERP (SAP preferred) systems, networks, and security protocols

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively 

- Very good knowledge of English - minimum level B2
