Your responsibilities:
- Agile Project Team management within larger Program (international)
- project plan management in line with Program requirements
- monitoring and control over project progress
- budget management and meeting DPDgroup reporting requirements
- achieving deliverables in time and ensuring their quality
- close cooperation with internal customers to address their requirements within the agreed project scope
- project risk and issue management
- proactive approach in optimizing team efficiency
- close cooperation with Program Manager in order to achieve Program goals
Requirements
We expect you have:
- a skillful manager who can lead as well student/temp workers and professional developers
- someone, who will take full responsibility for delegated project
- a self-managed person who can deliver results without intensive
- the person with good communication skills, as we will work directly with internal customers – very good English in writing and speaking
- customer-oriented – able to listen and understand customer needs
- expert in planning, and monitoring while keeping the budget under control
- proactive person, an individual demonstrating initiative
- goal-oriented, demanding person who is capable finding solutions and workarounds
- the person who will not only act as a corporate manager but with a hands-on attitude
- team player - doing everything to deliver the results as a team, not waiting and pointing out someone else as the reason of failure
- a person with experience in Agile
- have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management (IT would be nice but not must have)
- have knowledge regarding Jira
- very good MS Office skills
- ability to travel
Nice to have:
- experience in working in logistics/courier business
- analytical thinking skills
- presentation skills
- have experience in working in an international organization
