Java Tech Lead / Architect

Must have skills: 

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including minimum of 2 years as an Architect / Tech Lead.  
• Excellent Spring (Boot, Web, Data, Security) and Java 1.8+ knowledge. 
• Very good knowledge and practical experience in Kafka. 
• Very good understanding of microservices architectural concepts including practical experience in Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Experience in SQL (PostgreSQL) queries performance analysis and optimization. 
• Experience in NoSQL (Redis). 
• Practical experience with high volume and big data applications including their performance / availability monitoring and improvement. 
• Experience in developing tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) based on TDD and BDD. 
• Communicative English both written and spoken. 

Nice to have skills: 

• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts and practices. 
• Experience in leading / coordinating Java development teams. 
• Experience in system design with use of Enterprise Architect or similar tool. 
• Experience in different architectural styles and patterns.
