Must have skills:
- 4 years of experience as a software developer is a must if you have more experience the better for us
- Kubernetes & Helm charts
- Docker
- Kafka
- Relational database management systems (PostgreSQL)
- SQL
- Java 8/11+
- Spring Boot 2+ & Spring Framework 5+
- Experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have skills:
- React
- Ability to design robust solutions and solve complex topics
- Readiness to support Tech Leads, Product owners, and Architects in their daily work

We offer you:
- Salary: 12000-22000 net/B2B (depends on experience, if you have 3 years of experience you can bet on the minimum range, but we are focusing on the quality of your experience mainly)
- Work-life balance: flexible working hours (you can start your work from 8 to 9) and a hybrid model if you are from Warsaw (2 times per week in the office in Warsaw - usually it is Wednesday and Thursday), but if you are from another city in Poland, you will have to visit at least once a month, or more if there will be a need for team workshops
