We are seeking the best Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in back-end programming.

Must have skills:

• 4 years of experience as a software developer is a must if you have more experience the better for us

• Kubernetes & Helm charts

• Docker

• Kafka

• Relational database management systems (PostgreSQL)

• SQL

• Java 8/11+

• Spring Boot 2+ & Spring Framework 5+

• Experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have skills:

• React

We offer you:

• Salary: 12000-22000 net/B2B (depends on experience, if you have 3 years of experience you can bet on the minimum range, but we are focusing on the quality of your experience mainly)

• Work-life balance: flexible working hours (you can start your work from 8 to 9) and a hybrid model if you are from Warsaw (2 times per week in the office in Warsaw - usually it is Wednesday and Thursday), but if you are from another city in Poland, you will have to visit at least twice a month, or more if there will be a need for team workshops

How our recruitment process looks like:

• A short interview with our recruiter (around 30 minutes on MS Teams)

• 60-minutes technical interview (live coding)
