The role:
As a Software Engineer – Marketplace & Integrations, you will be in the heart of this iteration cycle with the opportunity to travel onsite to co-innovate with our customers in Europe and North America. Then work with our internal teams to turn these into valuable solutions available in our Marketplace.
This role is a rare opportunity to accelerate your engineering career working with senior leadership and opening the door towards difficult to land roles such as architect, product manager or tech lead.
Responsibilities:
-
Rapid prototyping – Build quick proof-of-concept integrations using Embedded Apps, authenticated links, public APIs, webhooks, iPaaS tools, and AI agents.
-
Developer-first docs – Continuously review and enhance developer documentation and SDKs — we prefer opening pull requests over filing tickets.
-
Partner enablement – Co-organize hackathons with customers and technology partners; support partner developer teams and collaborate with product teams to improve integration points based on feedback.
-
Solutions evangelism – Create plug-and-play integration templates, sample connectors, and code snippets; publish how-to articles, join webinars, and speak at industry events to promote best practices.
-
Innovation scouting – Work with strategic partners to explore emerging technologies, from autonomous LLM agents that plan and act through APIs to retrieval-augmented copilots surfacing knowledge on demand.
-
Field feedback loop – Travel to customer sites or industry events (up to ~1 week/quarter) to innovate together and deliver solutions quickly.
Requirements:
-
Track record of shipping – You’ve built a product or integration used by real users and can tell us how you improved it after launch.
-
Hackathon DNA – You regularly participate in (or organize) hackathons — we’d love to hear about your latest project.
-
Full-stack fluency – You’re proficient in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Node, Ruby) and either have frontend experience (e.g., TypeScript, React) or are eager to learn. You’re familiar with REST/GraphQL APIs and OAuth flows.
-
API craftsmanship – You think in webhooks, idempotency keys, and versioning strategies.
-
Get-it-done mindset – You prioritize independently, act quickly, and leverage GenAI and low-code tools to speed up delivery.
-
Partner charisma – Strong written and spoken English skills; ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
-
Published apps in marketplaces like Slack, Teams, Shopify, Atlassian, or similar.
-
Experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Make) or edge/runtime environments (e.g., Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda@Edge).
-
Open-source contributions to SDKs, CLIs, or developer tools.
-
Domain knowledge in workforce tech (e.g., scheduling, payroll, EHS, IoT).
The offer:
-
Competitive salary
-
Reimbursement for phone and home internet costs (up to 80 PLN/month)
-
Private healthcare with Luxmed – fully covered for you, partially covered for your partner/family
