About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Writer to lead the documentation strategy for a growing B2B SaaS platform. This role involves creating clear, user-focused content and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain technical documentation: user guides, API docs, knowledge base articles
• Write UI microcopy aligned with product voice and UX principles
• Create internal documentation for dev and QA teams
• Manage and improve documentation repositories (structure, publishing)
• Collaborate with teams to translate technical concepts into clear content
• Participate in planning sessions to stay aligned with product updates
• Maintain consistency with style guides and enforce documentation standards
• Support marketing by repurposing technical content

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of technical writing experience (at least 3 in SaaS/B2B software)
• Excellent written English (C1+), strong communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Experience with UI/UX copywriting
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently
• Familiarity with style guides (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
• Experience with version control, content management, and documentation tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with API documentation
• Familiarity with React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Tools: Confluence, Swagger, Git, Markdown, Lucidchart
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise-level applications
• Ability to create visuals (diagrams, tutorials, slide decks)
