For our client, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Houston, TX,  a global leader in software supply chain security and data integrity solutions, we seek an Engineer Lead.

The role:

As an Engineering Team Lead, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role—approximately 70% coding and system design, and 30% team management (potentially growing to 40%). You’ll oversee a team of four engineers, translating product requirements into technical deliverables, and ensuring architectural excellence and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend engineers in a flat, autonomous environment.

• Contribute to software architecture, coding (primarily in Go), and system design.

• Drive AI/LLM feature integration within the company’s product suite.

• Collaborate directly with the CTO and product stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.

• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance.

• Oversee code quality, deployment readiness, and post-release maintenance.

Requirements: 

• Strong technical background with expertise in Go (knowledge of Node.js/React is a plus).

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams or acting as a senior engineer with leadership responsibilities.

• Solid understanding of software architecture and SaaS application development.

• Openness to AI/LLM advancements and their practical application in security or enterprise products.

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (Polish not required).
