Integrations Analyst in building a global marketing automation platform that empowers marketing and ecommerce teams of companies like
DHL, GAP,
eBay or
Superdry to manage their marketing workflows.
In this role, you’ll be working with the engineering team to design and build integrations based on this iPaaS platform (“Integrations Platform as a Service”). We already have a wide variety of integrations, but want to go further, and have partnered with an industry-leading iPaaS system which will allow us to accelerate integration development. Although it’s a lofty goal, our vision is to say “yes”, any time a customer asks if we have an integration with their systems.

This is what you will do:
- design and build integrations based on low-code / no-code iPaaS system (Blendr.io),
- rapidly iterate and ship integrations to help customers get data in/out in a seamless way,
- work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers and QAs,
- if dotdigital's Engagement Cloud API isn't rich enough to support existing integrations, you'll be working with the team to technically extend APIs as appropriate.
We would like you to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics or other, related, technical area,
- some experience using scripting or programming languages (like Python or JavaScript),
- understanding of data modelling,
- awareness of efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms,
- awareness of batch processing techniques and efficient API usage,
- good sense of initiative,
- strong interpersonal skills,
- ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer,
- collaborative attitude,
- very good English.
Ideally you would also have:
- experience with SaaS platforms and awareness of their API capabilities,
- knowledge of Zapier or Microsoft's Power Platform,
- willingness to develop technically in a long-term (possibility to get on Data / Software Engineer track).

- 60-min technical interview with Tech Lead + Engineering Manager,
- final interview with Engineering Manager and HR.
