Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

The product is built based on the Rails way and monolith, using AWS, Docker, k8s, GitHub CI/CD, Datadog, and PostHog. It aims to reduce the carbon footprint and provide financial sustainability and well-being for the consumers

We work 100% remotely or from the office (Łódź) 🙂

130 - 190 PLN + VAT (B2B) per hour

What you will be working on?

• ongoing support for the products running on AWS infrastructure (at least one week/month)
• technical debt resolution, focusing on improving the release process and resolving performance issues
• establishing an efficient triage process for handling technical issues, and ensuring SLA compliance

Experience that will be crucial:

• at least 5 years of software engineering experience
• at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience
• experience with AWS
• self-driven and proactive approach
• day-to-day communication in English with a client
