DevSecOps Engineer (healthcare)

You’ll join the team that’s one of Sweden’s largest providers of digital healthcare - with a nationwide network of physical clinics and digital operations used by patients across the world.

Their mission is simple, but bold: make healthcare better and more efficient for everyone. By making the first point of contact digital, they save time and resources for both patients and the healthcare system.

Now they’re looking for someone who will take real ownership of cloud security and operations in an environment that spans AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub and internal tooling.

Location: Fully remote (Poland) 🌎 or Łódź (Poland)

Contract duration: 6 months (with the intention of extending cooperation)

Tech stack

• Networking & compute: VPC, ALB, EC2/EKS, Route 53

• Storage & data: S3, RDS, ElastiCache, ECR

• Security: WAF, Shield, GuardDuty, Secrets Manager, IAM Identity Center

• Monitoring & messaging: CloudWatch, SNS/SQS

• Others: Terraform/Terragrunt, Python, TypeScript

Your everyday playground:

• You’ll have a lot of autonomy - this is a one-person DevSecOps seat supporting engineering teams. Your work will touch cloud, IAM, monitoring, tooling, and operational security. What will you do?

  • Secure and maintain AWS environments, Kubernetes clusters, and production cloud workloads.

  • Manage IAM across AWS & Azure, support access provisioning, and assist with security audits.

  • Handle GitHub Actions, secrets, internal tooling security, and troubleshoot issues in Datadog.

  • Work with infrastructure built using Terraform/Terragrunt and support engineering teams in secure development practices.

What are we looking for? 🕵️‍♀️

• 4+ years in Security or Infrastructure teams.

• Ability to work independently in a role with a wide scope and high autonomy.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • AWS Security

  • Kubernetes updates & hardening

  • GitHub Actions + secrets management

  • IAM across AWS & Azure

  • Terraform / Terragrunt

  • Datadog (monitoring, troubleshooting)
