We are looking for a System Owner for our Swedish client who will participate in developing a product to automate business processes, ensuring they run smoothly and eliminating the need to spend time on recalculating various product configurations during business negotiations.
- As System Owner you will be integrating Salesforce with Workday using Workato as middleware, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment between HR and CRM systems
- You will be evolving the ABM strategy by leveraging tools like Prompt Builder, 6sense, and Influ2 to flag and nurture high-intent accounts, supporting sales and marketing alignment;
- You will be designing and deploying Salesforce AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and uncover data-driven insights for smarter decision-making;
- You will be acting as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, responsible for managing users, permissions, profiles, roles, and record types to ensure proper access and structure;
- You will be designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce Flows, validation rules, formula fields, and Lightning UI enhancements, driving user experience and automation;
- You will be writing, testing, and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs, while understanding Salesforce governor limits to ensure performance and scalability;
- You will be managing and supporting external integrations, including middleware platforms like Workato and custom APIs, handling JSON payloads, mapping data, and collaborating with external teams to maintain reliable connections;
- You will be maintaining detailed system documentation, enforcing configuration standards, and continuously monitoring usage and performance metrics across Salesforce;
- You will be tracking and managing platform limits, enforcing security best practices, and ensuring compliance with Salesforce-recommended configurations;
- You will be translating business needs into scalable, technically robust Salesforce solutions that align with the platform’s long-term strategy;
- You will be working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Support to deliver impactful system improvements;
- You will be recommending scalable, forward-thinking solutions that support both current operational goals and future platform growth.
- 3+ years of experience in a combined Salesforce Admin and Developer role, with proven success in managing and evolving complex Salesforce environments;
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex development, including writing efficient classes, triggers, and test methods that align with best practices and performance standards;
- Proficiency in declarative automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and formula fields to deliver quick and scalable business solutions;
- Deep experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations, including handling JSON payloads and troubleshooting data sync issues across systems;
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Data Loader, and Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extensions, enabling efficient testing and development workflows;
- Clear understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and system limits, ensuring sound architecture and governance;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Admin), validating your formal knowledge and platform expertise;
- Experience with marketing automation tools, enabling better lead management and campaign tracking;
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Workato or Mulesoft for managing complex integrations;
- Familiarity with CPQ solutions and DocGen tools to support quote-to-cash and document automation processes;
- Experience using DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado to manage releases and CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python to support integration, automation, or backend logic;
- Experience in managing AppExchange packages and working with third-party integrations;
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and change management processes, supporting structured deployment and release workflows.
- Salary for work amounting to 24 000 – 29 000 on B2B or 19 000 – 22 000 on employment contract;
