Project Manager/Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled  PM/BA who can manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, a deep understanding of software development processes, and the ability to participate in presales activities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee both the technical and business aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Coordinate and plan your team’s work, manage timelines, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the client’s expectations. You’ll need to be able to handle both agile and hybrid methodologies, depending on project needs.
• Business Analysis: Participate in the business analysis process, gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, and helping define project scope. You’ll ensure all technical requirements align with the client’s business needs.
• Client Advisory: Serve as an advisor to clients, providing insights into technical solutions, business strategies, and project feasibility. Help clients make informed decisions by understanding their challenges and proposing the best technological approaches.
• Presales Support: Work closely with the sales team in presales activities. This includes client interviews, creating statements of work, initial project estimates, and defining project roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and frequent communication with all stakeholders. This includes organizing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or risks proactively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of both agile and traditional project management methodologies. You should know when to use Scrum or Kanban, and how to combine practices to achieve the best results.
• Ability to lead technical and business discussions with clients, ensuring alignment between business goals and technological solutions.
• Excellent project planning and time management skills; able to manage both team and personal tasks efficiently.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they contribute to a successful product.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (all our clients are from Europe or the US, so communication is key).
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to take on new challenges. You’ll be expected to solve problems proactively, learn new skills, and push for continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think in systems and translate complex ideas to the team and clients.

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of user interface design and prototyping.
• Technical background, either through education or experience in software development.
• Experience in presales, including client interviews, drafting statements of work, and creating project estimates.
