QA + DevOps Engineer

About Us

We're a small, remote-first agency working with pharmaceutical clients. Quality matters here. We're looking for someone to take ownership of it.

The Role

You'll be responsible for making sure what we ship is right — technically sound, visually accurate, and reliable. This means owning quality assurance, building out test automation, and improving our deployment processes.

Quality Assurance

• Review builds against designs and catch issues before they reach clients

• Conduct regular checks on live sites

• Be the final checkpoint before work goes out

  
  

Automation & DevOps

• Own and extend our visual regression testing

• Build automated test coverage to reduce manual QA

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines

  
  

Bonus

• Server management experience

• Happy to contribute beyond QA when the team needs it

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience with test automation and CI/CD

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-directed — you identify problems and address them

• Ownership mentality — you want to own quality, not just test it

• Experience in agency or fast-moving environments is a plus

Working Arrangements

• Location: Remote

• Contract type: Contract initially, with potential to become permanent

• Hours: Flexible — part-time or full-time, open to discussion

• Start date: As soon as possible
