Who we're looking for

We're looking for a self-reliant and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. You should be confident in independently driving the design process from discovery to delivery and have a sharp eye for both usability and visual quality. If you're looking for a role where you can have real ownership of design decisions across a variety of projects – from mobile apps to interactive 3D tools - this is the place for you.

We value structured thinking, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit. A strong portfolio is essential - we want to see your design process, strategic thinking, and how you balance user needs with client business and marketing goals.

Your role

• Designing polished UI and intuitive UX for mobile apps, web apps, websites, and 3D configurators

• Planning and creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Delivering thoughtful and development-ready design solutions

• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation

• Leading design decisions backed by user needs, business strategy, and marketing objectives

• Documenting projects and creating case study illustrations for social media (Dribbble, Behance, etc.)

• Contributing to and nurturing a feedback-driven design culture

  
  

 What we expect

• Expert-level knowledge of Figma

• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, composition

• Mastery of design systems, autolayout, grids, components, and variants

• A strategic approach to design - ability to align user experience with client business strategy and marketing goals

• Ability to take full ownership of design projects, from brief to execution

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (PMs, devs, stakeholders)

• Awareness of current trends and best practices in digital product design

• Meticulous attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense

• Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects

• Analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn – staying updated with tools and trends

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• A portfolio that demonstrates both design skills and strategic process thinking - please include examples that show how you've addressed client business and marketing objectives

  
  

Nice to have

• UX writing skills

• Polish language proficiency

• Knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop

• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Photoshop Beta in the design process

• Creating branding assets -  logos, visual identity systems, style guides
