ServiceNow Developer with German Skills (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about ServiceNow development and ready to work on international client projects? For our growing digatus team in Wrocław, we are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer with German language proficiency who enjoys platform development, technical problem-solving, and working in international client environments.

Your Tasks

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules 

• Implementing solutions across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, workflows, and integrations 

• Creating and maintaining business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, forms, reports, and dashboards 

• Supporting integrations with third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities 

• Translating business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions 

• Collaborating with consultants, architects, project managers, QA, and client stakeholders 

• Supporting testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment, and release activities 

• Ensuring clean code, platform best practices, maintainability, and upgrade readiness 

Your Profile

You bring solid ServiceNow development experience and enjoy working in international project environments.

You should have:

• Professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ideally 3+ years 

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and configuration 

• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow Studio 

• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture 

• Experience with Agile delivery methods 

• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken 

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications, e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM, CIS HRSD 

• ITIL Foundation certification 

• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Service Portal, or advanced integrations 

• Knowledge of automated testing, ATF, DevOps, or CI/CD approaches within ServiceNow 

• Experience in international enterprise projects or managed service environments
