ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about ServiceNow and ready to help clients transform their IT and business processes? For our growing digatus team in Wrocław, we are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Consultant who combines platform expertise with strong consulting and communication skills.

Your Tasks

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will support our clients in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow-based solutions across different business areas.

Your responsibilities include:

• Partnering with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions 

• Supporting solution design, configuration, implementation, and optimization across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM 

• Advising on platform best practices, governance, maintainability, scalability, and upgrade readiness 

• Collaborating closely with architects, project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders 

• Supporting workshops, requirement analyses, process design, and documentation activities 

• Preparing and maintaining documentation for solution designs, configurations, test plans, and operational handover 

• Contributing to continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes, platform standards, and delivery quality 

Your Profile

You bring a strong ServiceNow background and enjoy working at the interface between business, IT, and delivery teams.

You should have:

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, either in a technical or functional consulting role 

• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, platform governance, and ServiceNow best practices 

• Experience in ServiceNow configuration, requirement analysis, and solution design 

• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments 

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

• A structured and service-oriented working style 

• Good command of English, both written and spoken 

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications, e.g. CSA, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM, CIS HRSD 

• ITIL Foundation certification 

• Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, integrations, workflows, or automation 

• Knowledge of German or other foreign languages 

• Experience in international client projects or managed service environments
