Your future team and working environment

You will be part of an agile, cross-functional development team collaborating across borders. Together with backend engineers and UI/UX designers, you'll contribute to innovative desktop applications used in demanding professional environments.

We support a remote-first working style from anywhere in Poland, while offering optional hybrid flexibility via our location in Wrocław.

What to expect:

• Frontend Development – Build and maintain modern UI components using Qt Quick and QML

• Design Integration – Translate design mockups and UI/UX concepts into functional, responsive interfaces

• Backend Collaboration – Interface with C++ backend services and ensure clean data flow between layers

• Code Quality – Conduct peer code reviews, write clean and maintainable code

• Responsiveness & Optimization – Ensure performance and usability across screen sizes and platforms

• Agile Collaboration – Participate in daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives in a Scrum-based environment

What you bring:

Technical skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qt/QML development

• Solid understanding of Qt Quick, Qt Quick Controls and JavaScript for QML logic

• Experience with Qt Creator IDE, Git, and Signal/Slot communication

• Familiarity with UI/UX design implementation and best practices

Soft skills:

• English fluency (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken)

• Proven experience working in agile development teams

• Self-driven and organized – able to work independently in a remote setup

• Strong team communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Qt C++ integration and CMake

• Performance tuning and QML optimization

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g. Qt Test)

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and cross-platform development (Windows, Linux, macOS)

• Background in embedded systems or IoT environments

• German language skills
