We are looking for an experienced Senior Kubernetes & Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Your responsibilities

• Design and operate the foundation for modern, resilient financial systems at global scale.
• Architect secure, cloud-native infrastructure with security built into every layer.
• Enable automated build, test, deploy, and monitoring pipelines—supporting frequent, reliable code releases.
• Provide platform observability tooling for product teams to monitor and troubleshoot effectively.
• Work in a DevOps culture using pair and mob programming, fostering continuous learning and shared ownership.

Our requirements

• Hands-on experience running and managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Deep understanding of Linux OS internals and system-level troubleshooting.
• Experience building software in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Go, with additional experience in TypeScript or JavaScript a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Docker, and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (especially AWS). Certification is a bonus, but not required.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous delivery workflows.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for clear, effective collaboration.
