Senior DevOps Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, streamlining processes with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, focusing on scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure.
• Use your analytical skills to diagnose system issues, implement robust monitoring, and ensure uptime across diverse environments.
• Write Python scripts and tools to automate tasks, preparing for a transition to a new team within 12 months, where Python expertise is critical.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure Experience, including hands-on work with:

• Linux (RHEL, CentOS)
• Docker
• Virtualization (KVM, VMware)
• Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Salt)
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Hashicorp Stack (Consul, Nomad, Vault, Terraform)
• Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Webservers (HAproxy, Nginx, Apache)
• ElasticSearch
• Databases (Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL)

Programming Skills in Python – essential for future team alignment.
