Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for automation and a knack for leadership in the biotech sector?

We are looking for a Test Automation Manager for a leading consultancy and software development firm focused on the biotech sector, with a specialization in Cell and Gene Therapy. Apply and Join the Team!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation, including management experience.

• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and API testing.

• Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration (CI/CD) practices.

• Familiarity with agile ceremonies and product development mindsets, including process and tool optimization.

• Excellent communication in English.

Nice to Have: 

• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, FDA).

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement test automation strategies, identify automation opportunities, and integrate automation within CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead the development and maintenance of automation frameworks, with expertise in Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and API testing.

• Oversee reusable automated test scripts for UAT, regression, and E2E testing, ensuring alignment with product cycles.

• Mentor a team of automation engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and facilitate agile ceremonies.

• Ensure adherence to GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, and FDA standards, with a strong focus on quality and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
