We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior React Engineer. Our client is a fast-growing technology consulting company delivering cutting-edge digital platforms and tailored enterprise solutions across a range of industries. One of their core focuses is building scalable, cloud-based tools that serve private capital markets and financial institutions. The cross-functional product development team is being expanded as their strategic growth initiative in Poland.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• 6+ years of commercial experience in JavaScript and TypeScript

• Strong expertise with React.js and Redux

• Strong understanding of design patterns and how to apply them in JavaScript

• Proficient in functional programming principles and asynchronous programming

• Working knowledge of Git, branch management, and version control workflows

• Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and continuous integration workflows

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks

• Experience with custom package creation and integration workflows

• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility best practices

• Exposure to financial technology or experience working on products related to investments, capital markets, or financial operations

• Prior experience working with distributed teams in hybrid settings

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React and modern frontend tools

• Collaborate closely with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver polished and interactive applications

• Implement and maintain Test-Driven Development (TDD) and continuous integration practices

• Participate in cross-functional development efforts to meet deadlines and product requirements
