We’re hiring Node.js Developers to join the backend team of a growing tech company delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across multiple industries.

Our client builds modern, cloud-based platforms that power real-time applications through robust APIs and efficient server-side logic. As part of the team, you’ll contribute to the development of backend services that support complex workflows, data processing, and seamless integration — all built with Node.js, modern JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
2. Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
3. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
4. Integrate with front-end components and third-party services
5. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
6. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
7. Participate in code reviews and team meetings
8. Troubleshoot and debug production issues
9. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
2. Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks
3. Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
4. Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL
5. Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Experience writing unit tests with tools such as Mocha and Chai
9. Experience with authentication middleware, especially federated patterns such as Oauth and OpenID
10. Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills

Nice to have:

1. Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
2. Knowledge of microservices architecture
3. Experience with testing frameworks (Mocha ,Chai etc.)
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
5. Experience developing RAG applications and storing data in vector embeddings
6. Experience setting up CI for static analysis and test execution
