We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our client, a fast-growing, AI-powered mobile app company with over 15 million U.S. downloads.
You will apply analytical and statistical methods to optimize marketing performance, from building LTV prediction models to modeling organic traffic attribution. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s fluent in SQL, experienced with BI tools, and confident running funnel and cohort analyses to guide strategic marketing decisions. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to improve campaign efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and build scalable, self-serve analytics infrastructure.
Requirements:
Experience with analytics of paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads)
Proficiency in SQL; ability to write advanced queries to handle large datasets
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.
Skilled in using Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, automation.
Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics engineering tools, and building ETL models (e.g., using dbt)
Experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis (ideally in tech) is a plus
Nice to have a hands-on experience with multichannel campaign analysis (especially paid search, paid social, email, and web)
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the performance of paid marketing campaigns and partner with marketers to enhance profitability.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on objectives and boost the efficiency of the lead-to-revenue process.
Leverage data insights to pinpoint high-value customer segments, shape personalization efforts, and increase conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
Conduct analyses such as cohort studies, funnel performance reviews, and churn diagnostics to reveal growth potential and identify friction in various acquisition channels.
Develop robust SQL queries, data models, and business intelligence dashboards (using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) to promote self-service analytics and team independence.
Design and maintain models that predict customer lifetime value (LTV).
Work with data engineering to ensure data pipelines are clean, scalable, and updated in real time.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CMO, Head of Product, and CEO, contributing to key business decisions beyond basic metric reporting.
Experiment with different modeling techniques to attribute organic traffic to specific channels.
