We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (React). Our client is a fast-growing technology consulting company delivering AI-powered digital platforms and tailored enterprise solutions across a range of industries. Their core focus is building scalable, cloud-based tools that optimize workflows, enhance performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities within private capital markets and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Strong expertise with React.js and Redux (Next.js is a plus).

• Deep understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and functional programming paradigms.

• Proficiency in asynchronous programming and cross-browser compatibility best practices.

• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, Git, and branch management workflows.

• Experience writing unit, integration, or end-to-end tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with modern front-end tools.

• Experience with custom package creation and integration workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable front-end features using React and modern frontend tools.

• Mentor junior engineers and review code to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and readability.

• Drive best practices in testing (unit, integration, E2E), accessibility, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate closely with design, backend, QA, and product teams to deliver robust and user-centric applications.

• Contribute to the technical roadmap and shared UI libraries to ensure long-term consistency and maintainability.

• Implement and maintain Test-Driven Development (TDD) and continuous integration workflows.

• Participate in cross-functional development efforts and Agile sprints to meet deadlines and product requirements.
