We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled backend engineer. Our client, a rapidly growing, Poland-based company, is focused on merging AI with blockchain technology to transform the crypto space. They use AI to analyze trading data, market sentiment, and predictions, building cutting-edge solutions and reshaping how crypto markets operate.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in .NET Core or Python 

• Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of query performance

• Experience designing and owning APIs and scalable data pipelines

• A self-driven mindset – you plan, prioritize, and own your work

• Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for real use

• Strong development hygiene (code quality, monitoring, tests)

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines

• Work with modern tools and large-scale data

• Write clean, maintainable code with strong logging, monitoring, and metrics

• Optimize SQL queries and database performance (joins, indexes, etc.)

• Use AI tools (LLMs, copilots) to enhance your coding productivity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a minimal-meeting, async-first culture

• Contribute to system architecture, tech discussions, and product direction

Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL pipelines and analytics platforms

• Exposure to ClickHouse, BigQuery, or similar engines

• Basic frontend skills in React, Vue, or Svelte

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (any provider)
