We’re looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer (Java/Go) to join a fast-growing fintech company that builds a digital trading and investment platform.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend software development.

• Strong experience with Java and GoLang. 

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as caching systems.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice To have:

• Background in fintech, high-frequency systems, or trading platforms.

• Understanding of low-latency system optimization.

• Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Java and GoLang.

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and data pipelines.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and support continuous process improvements.

• Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing expertise to maintain high-quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.

• Improve system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability through optimization and best practices.

• Stay current with emerging backend technologies, tools, and best practices.
