We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Angular Developer to join an innovative healthcare tech company focused on building user-centered digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular and a deep understanding of frontend architecture, usability, and performance optimization. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend or Fullstack Developer, with a primary focus on Angular.
• Strong expertise in Angular, including component-based architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in building complex CRM systems and data-heavy applications, especially involving financial data and invoices.
• Experience designing and developing SaaS applications, ensuring modularity and scalability.
• Expertise in creating intuitive, modern user interfaces, emphasizing usability and ease of navigation.
• Strong project oversight skills, with the ability to link incoming information and maintain the bigger picture.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data management, and optimizing front-end performance.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of an advanced Angular-based CRM system to manage large-scale financial data and invoices.
• Design and implement a highly interactive and user-friendly interface, minimizing reliance on traditional tabular views and enhancing usability.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to conceptualize features, define epics, and break down tasks.
• Ensure the application architecture is modular, scalable, and high-performing.
• Optimize front-end performance, ensuring smooth data handling for large datasets.
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data processing.
• Analyze and understand the relationships between individual tasks and the overall software system.
• Contribute to product discussions, bringing a strong product-oriented mindset to the development process.
• Attend team meetings, actively engage with the dev team, ask questions, and provide feedback.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for efficient and modern styling.
• Ability to work with and refactor legacy code while maintaining stability.
• Experience with financial software or accounting systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus.
