We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled AI & Web3 Data Engineer. Our client, a rapidly growing, Poland-based company, is focused on merging AI with blockchain technology to transform the crypto space. They use AI to analyze trading data, market sentiment, and predictions, building cutting-edge solutions and reshaping how crypto markets operate.

Requirements:

• Strong background in data engineering with decentralized systems
• Experience with blockchain data structures, decentralized storage (e.g., IPFS, Arweave), and Web3 protocols (e.g., The Graph, Chainlink)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing large-scale data storage
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar tools
• Knowledge of integrating smart contracts with data pipelines
• Strong analytical skills for complex systems
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain decentralized data pipelines connecting on-chain and off-chain data sources
• Develop smart contracts for secure, transparent data operations in decentralized systems
• Work with AI teams to train models using decentralized data
• Implement data verification protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Design efficient solutions for processing and storing large datasets in decentralized systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to align engineering with business goals
• Ensure high data quality across decentralized systems
• Improve the performance and efficiency of data workflows

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data preparation and model training for decentralized environments
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, tokenized economies, and decentralized finance
• Experience with Oracle systems and verifiable computation
• Experience with real-time data in distributed systems
• Experience with financial data, sentiment analysis, or market modeling
