This project is the first API-driven Mortgage-as-a-Service platform. We are building a set of APIs to allow companies to build mortgage services. Customers rely on us to manage a core part of their business.

What we expect from you as a Senior QA

• Proactive involvement in all stages of product development – you should be able to effectively connect with everything that’s being built in the company (projects, epics) and have a real impact on quality from the very beginning.

• Defining and proposing test strategies for each initiative – we expect you to assess what is currently being tested, identify gaps, and ensure proper test coverage.

• A broader technical perspective and strong communication skills – you should be comfortable documenting ideas clearly, whether through RFCs, Confluence pages, or test documentation.

• Driving QA improvements across the organization – as a QA leader, you'll help design and implement new testing approaches and quality processes across teams.

• Flexibility in testing methods and tools – while we use Playwright for automation, we also expect support in manual testing, performance testing, and security testing when needed. There’s plenty of room to make an impact.

• General philosophy: monolith until it hurts. If we can do something without introducing a new service, we will
