Fullstack Software Engineer ( Golang/React)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mid-level/ Senior Fullstack Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our cutting-edge marketing technology stack. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is expanding from 2 to approximately 15 members, giving you significant influence over the team’s structure, culture, and operational practices.

We currently have 4 open positions for this role.

What You’ll Do

You will contribute to and improve an integrated marketing technology stack that powers our marketing acquisition and retention strategies. Your work will focus on:

• Building and enhancing data pipelines to connect with ad partners.
• Optimizing systems for ad spend and refining data-driven decision-making processes.
• Improving targeted customer engagement capabilities and expanding marketing task automation.
• Evolving our existing ecosystem to boost marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Our client Technology Stack

• Frontend: React.
• Backend: GoLang, Kotlin.
• Cloud: AWS (with emphasis on SQS and SNS).
• Data: RedShift, Lakehouse architecture.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong fundamentals in building robust, scalable applications.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with GoLang and Kotlin is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AWS services (SQS, SNS), RedShift, and Lakehouse architecture is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle unclear project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
