About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to lead and manage project delivery for our product teams, primarily utilizing the Microsoft technology stack. You’ll be responsible for establishing and tracking project plans, ensuring alignment across teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving best practices. If you’re passionate about guiding teams to achieve their best while creating efficient, scalable solutions, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and plans by setting up resources, roles, and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress across all phases (design, build, test, release) and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Provide leadership through project governance and establish effective decision-making frameworks.
• Generate project performance reports and manage project completion documentation.
• Act as a Lean Agile leader, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Work to eliminate project impediments and improve team efficiency.
• Coordinate with other product and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful integration.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager role.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including .NET, Azure DevOps, MS SQLServer, and M365 suite.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, sprints, and Agile workflows.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Excel for performance reporting and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles, and experience in facilitating ceremonies.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team alignment and stakeholder management.
• Nice to have: Experience with Databricks and MS SQL Server for supporting data platform projects.
