We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who:
- 3+ years experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others
- 2+ years of experience in formal personal development of a team of 20+ highly skilled developers
- 5+ years of experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Scrum & Agile
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in an agile environment
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
- Experience in the development of software using .NET or C# and SQL Server technologies, developing cloud-hosted solutions a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
