Job description

Develocraft is looking for a Team Leader, who is going to work for one of our international clients. In this project, you will be a part of the team in the company that is a leader in the distribution of metallurgical products and plastics in Poland.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day operation and performance for Digitalisation & Custom Applications team, providing Services in the areas Cloud Computing, Custom Applications, and Robotics & Process Automation
Developing and managing a strong, cohesive team with an open communication culture
Listening to team members’ feedback and assisting with resolving any issues or conflicts
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers
Overseeing of team budget & results
Setting and monitoring clear team and service goals, empowering the team with tasks, and agreeing on deadlines
Steering & implementing technical projects for external and internal customers
Co-creating strategy and plans for the department
Supporting and enhancing existing processes and existing systems to achieve efficiency
Performing regular performance evaluation & identifying training requirements
Monitoring and reporting on service levels and progress continuous service improvement

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (we are looking for mid and senior)
Technical operations/development experience
Decision-making skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders and to achieve results through collaborative working
Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify key issues and provide effective solutions
Experience with Java or RPA (RPA, UiPath, SQL, Python) or as an application administrator (Powershell, Unix, Bash, Java, Aws, Azure)
English minimum B2
German will be plus
Experience working in a global company would be a plus

Salary:
