Full-Stack Technical Lead for Security Project

We are looking for a Tech Lead who is passionate about creating innovative solutions and high-quality software. You will play a key role in forming and leading a team of 5-6 developers, building it from the ground up. 

Your team will work on enhancing the product's security and privacy features, ensuring a seamless and secure online experience for our users.

🧰 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development, including TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MobX, and Fastify.
• Experience or solid knowledge in cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English. 

💻 Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership mentorship and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Participate in architectural decisions and guide the team toward implementing best practices.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to solve technical challenges.
• Diagnose system issues and deliver comprehensive solutions.
