The Software Solutions organization in Demant are looking for a an experienced and talented UX/UI designer to join us at our office in Szczecin. Depending on your experience, this could be a senior position. You will be part of an agile team implementing solutions in the software used by hearing care professionals.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Combine business and user needs with feasibility during the entire project span.
- Work closely with the team and other stakeholders to provide UX and UI deliverables (personas, customer journey, user flows, sketches, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, designs).
- Collect requirements, business goals, user needs and technical background from stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops with company's stakeholders.
- Identify potential problems and risks related to the context of usage.
- Document design decisions.
- Ensure common understanding of users’ perspective in a team.
- Promote human centered design excellence within the organization.
- Gather information from users by usability tests, interviews and other qualitative methods.
It would be great if you:
- have worked as a UX designer for 3+ years.
- are proficient in spoken and written English.
- have experience working in a software development environment or with agile methodologies.
- have expert skills in prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, or similar.
- are able to articulate design decisions and principles to non-designers.
- are familiar with the design process for software products/mobile apps, usability and UX best practices.
- are quick to understand complex concepts and able to communicate them using plain language.
- enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues and have great soft skills such as communication and relationship-building.
- have strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with a structured approach.
Nice to have
- Experience working in international environment and/or healthcare industry
- Experience working with a design system
