Scrum Master / Team Coach
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Team Coach to join our Software Solutions team in Szczecin. In this pivotal role, you will guide and support Agile teams within our SAFe framework. Working closely with our Agile Release Train (ART), you will help deliver solutions that make a meaningful difference for both our users and hearing care professionals.

What tasks are waiting for you?
As a Scrum Master / Team Coach, you will:
Coach and empower the team to self-organize, improve, and deliver value.
Facilitate team-level events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and support participation in ART-level events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Scrum of Scrums).
Foster relentless improvement by helping teams identify impediments, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
Support alignment with SAFe Core Values: alignment, transparency, respect for people and relentless improvement.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Team Coaches and leaders across the ART to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery.
Track and support the team’s velocity, ensuring commitments are realistic and sustainable.
Promote compliance with regulatory standards by embedding documentation and quality practices into the team’s workflow.
Apply today if you have:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coach, Agile Coach, or in a similar servant leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with SAFe principles and events.
Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution skills, with empathy and a positive mindset.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
Higher education in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Ability to thrive in a multi-site, cross-cultural environment.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Self-driven, inquisitive mindset and you are eager to challenge solutions constructively.
