You will be part of our international Marketing Automation team, working closely with stakeholders across 20 global markets. As our new Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing automated marketing programs, managing user access, and ensuring the successful delivery of email campaigns worldwide.

- Overseeing service tickets for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our “Interface” tool, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Setting up and maintaining user accounts for both the Interface and Marketing Cloud email tools.
- Supporting local markets with email campaigns, including list management, PDF handling, and compliance with brand standards.
- Creating and analyzing email journeys and providing insights for optimization.
- Reporting on email performance, identifying areas for improvement and scaling best practices across regions.
- Executing real-time adjustments such as pausing or modifying scheduled emails and journeys.
- Managing ad hoc requests.
- experience in Marketing Automation (preferable - Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform) – around 2+ years, but we welcome all who believe they can thrive in this role;
- familiarity with email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, QA, deployment, and reporting;
- knowledge HTML, CSS, and SQL to support campaign customization and reporting;
- strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- excellent communication and project-management skills, comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams;
- professional English skills (written and spoken), as you will interact with global stakeholders daily;
- exposure to other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud) or digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
